About the position

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Irving, TX. This is an 18+ month contract position. The Scrum Master will be responsible for consulting on or participating in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile frameworks. The role involves contributing to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables and reviewing and analyzing moderately complex Scrum Master challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Scrum Master will also contribute to the resolution of these challenges and consult with others to meet Scrum Master deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaboration with client personnel is also a key aspect of this position.

Responsibilities

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile.
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Scrum Master deliverables.
• Leverage solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Candidates must be available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees.
