About the position
As a Scrum Master at Concentrix, you will play a pivotal role in our Concentrix Catalyst team, which is at the forefront of transforming customer experience (CX) through innovative strategies and technology. You will lead various agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration among team members. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in program, product, and project management to guide cross-functional teams through the complexities of software development projects. You will be responsible for managing priorities across multiple projects and product lines, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. Your ability to navigate cross-functionally and influence decision-making at various organizational levels will be crucial to the success of our initiatives. You will also utilize tools like Jira for ticket management, refinement, and planning, ensuring that our workflows are efficient and transparent. Responsibilities
- Lead agile ceremonies such as scrum, product owner prioritization, refinement, and retrospectives.
- Manage priorities across multiple project and product lines.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Utilize Jira for ticket creation, refinement, pointing, and plan management.
- Present to various levels in the organization and influence team responsibilities.
- Ensure adherence to agile principles and methodologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Information Technology software development projects.
- 4-7 years of experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Extensive experience with Jira or other project management tools.
- Understanding of software development and software development life cycle.
- Familiarity with other management methodologies such as waterfall.
- Very strong in program, product, and project management.
