About the position

Cogent People is seeking a Scrum Master to support a large-scale IT application development program for a mission-critical data-centric project. The role involves collaborating with multiple project stakeholders across business and technical teams, coordinating activities, and applying SAFe agile methodology to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Helping software development teams apply the Scrum framework.
• Facilitating Scrum rituals and documenting outcomes.
• Planning deliverables and helping teams monitor performance.
• Resolving issues that hinder the teams' work.
• Applying SAFe agile methodology and participating in Program Increment planning activities.

Requirements

• BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Scrum Master certified.
• 5+ years working as a Scrum Master successfully delivering Software Products.
• Experience scaling Agile practices in large complex organizations.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with Product Owners, leading stand-up meetings, Sprint planning, Sprint reviews, and Agile coaching.
• Experience with SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication.
