About the position
The Scrum Master will lead a large, cross-functional agile team focused on developing a data-intensive application related to airline fare and pricing technology using cloud-native technologies. This role emphasizes effective communication, organization, and adherence to Agile practices to ensure successful project delivery in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
- Build effective partnerships with diverse groups across multiple locations.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from team members to executives.
- Manage conflicts and ensure Scrum concepts are followed.
- Promote continuous improvement within the team and organization.
Requirements
- Proficient in Agile development life cycle and Scrum practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills for project tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with MS ADO or Jira.
- Experience in running large cross-functional agile teams for cloud-native development.
Nice-to-haves
- Certified Scrum Master certification.
