About the position
The Scrum Master will serve as a technical data liaison for the project team and enterprise architects, focusing on managing Salesforce projects. This role involves leading Agile practices, facilitating communication, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time.
Responsibilities
- Fully dedicated as a SM/PM for all MLS deliverables and dates for all Salesforce projects and components
- Lead daily scrum sessions, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders
- Ensure the team follows Agile/Scrum practices and principles
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure the team's progress
- Continuously work on process improvements to enhance productivity
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize tasks
- Provide guidance and support to team members on best practices and Agile methodologies
- Report on project progress, status, and metrics to stakeholders
Requirements
- 7-10+ years' experience
- Heavy familiarity with Salesforce
- Scrum mastering technical components of Salesforce integration
- Familiar with data
- Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Pub Subs, Python, and MuleSoft
- Experience with Health Cloud and Data Cloud
- Jira knowledge
- Understanding of Agile
- Possesses training, coaching, facilitation and collaboration skills to drive adoption of desired Agile mindset and behaviors, open transparency and collaboration and continuous improvement
