About the position
The Technical Scrum Master will serve as a key liaison between the project team and enterprise architects, ensuring effective communication and project management for Salesforce-related initiatives. This remote position requires a strong background in Agile methodologies and Salesforce integration, with a focus on delivering project timelines and enhancing team productivity.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily scrum sessions, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders
- Ensure the team follows Agile/Scrum practices and principles
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure the team's progress
- Continuously work on process improvements to enhance productivity
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize tasks
- Provide guidance and support to team members on best practices and Agile methodologies
- Report on project progress, status, and metrics to stakeholders
Requirements
- 7-10+ years' experience
- Heavy familiarity with Salesforce
- Scrum mastering technical components of Salesforce integration
- Familiar with data
- Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Pub Subs, Python, and MuleSoft
- Experience with Health Cloud and Data Cloud
- Jira knowledge
- Understanding of Agile
- Possesses training, coaching, facilitation and collaboration skills to drive adoption of desired Agile mindset and behaviors
- Conflict Management, Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Demonstrates Outstanding Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Understands Change Management
- Displays self-awareness and empathy
