About the position

The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in establishing the new Air Force C3BM Program Management Office (PMO), focusing on overseeing the architecture, design, analysis, and implementation of digital twin models for Air Force networks and systems. This position involves close collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to define communication systems and implement effective process management and task management procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the establishment of the new Air Force C3BM PMO.
• Work closely with AF senior leaders and cross-functional joint-agency teams to define communication systems.
• Develop and implement process management and task management processes and procedures.
• Communicate project and program status to stakeholders and leadership, both written and verbal.
• Continuously improve program risk management processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, subject matter experts, and mission operators to gather insights on new technologies and potential risks.
• Facilitate collaboration with industry and education institution partners to advance program goals.
• Provide updates on project status, progress, and outcomes to partners.
• Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with Government customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other applications in the Microsoft suite.
• Experience with Jira.
• Military service or operational experience.
• Knowledge and experience in SCRUM methodology.
• Experience in Military Headquarters.
