Scrum Master

About the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the vision for our products, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that the development team delivers high-quality features that meet customer needs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a strong understanding of software development processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze product requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer feedback to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Work closely with development teams during the software development lifecycle to clarify requirements and provide guidance on implementation.
• Negotiate priorities and timelines with stakeholders while managing expectations effectively.
• Develop and maintain test cases to ensure product quality and functionality meet specifications.
• Facilitate release management processes, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production environments.
• Utilize project management methodologies such as PMBOK to track progress and report on project status.
• Leverage tools like SharePoint for documentation, collaboration, and project tracking.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Scrum Master or similar role within software development environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies, including Agile practices.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects successfully.
• Knowledge of release management processes and best practices in software testing.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
