As a Scrum Master at Broadway Infotech, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the Agile process for our projects. Located at our Miami office, you will be the primary point of contact for all Agile-related activities, ensuring that the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices. Your responsibilities will include facilitating daily stand-up meetings, managing capacity planning, and grooming backlogs to ensure that the team is aligned and focused on delivering high-quality results. You will also be responsible for executing day-to-day tasks and ensuring that project deliverables and milestones are clearly defined and understood by all stakeholders. In this role, familiarity with Palo Alto and infrastructure projects is essential, although hands-on technical experience is not required. You will need to understand technical terminology to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is on the same page regarding project expectations. Your ability to navigate the complexities of project management in an Agile environment will be crucial to the success of our initiatives.
