About the position
The Scrum Master will lead and manage projects within a NASDAQ-listed company in the food and beverage sector, utilizing Agile methodologies. This role focuses on facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and development teams to achieve project goals efficiently and on time.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
- Ensure teams are aligned and working efficiently towards project goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
