About the position

The Scrum Master position at TEKsystems is designed for a junior to mid-level professional who will facilitate Agile practices within teams. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in Business Analysis who have hands-on experience in a Scrum Master capacity. The position requires on-site presence five days a week in Juno Beach, Florida, and focuses on enabling teams to deliver high-quality results through effective Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Support the team in understanding and applying Agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
• Coach team members on Agile methodologies and practices.

Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience as a Business Analyst (BA).
• Knowledge of other Agile frameworks such as Kanban or Lean.
