Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Certified Scrum Master with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Background in software development, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong technical skills to effectively communicate with development teams.
  • Proven ability to facilitate Scrum practices and work collaboratively with Product Teams.
