Stefanini Group is hiring a Scrum Master in Chicago, IL (Onsite). Our company is currently investing in a robust digital infrastructure to revolutionize the food and beverage industry, creating a digitally-powered, agile enterprise while honoring our 150-year heritage and a portfolio of 200 iconic brands. The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in this transformation by supporting the agile team and product owner in delivering incremental value each sprint for the products. The agile team, referred to as a POD, may focus on delivering business or technical solutions, and the Scrum Master should be knowledgeable in scrum methodologies to educate others on Agile practices. In this role, the Scrum Master will remove impediments and act as a shield from external distractions, creating a safe working environment for the team. They will be responsible for leading all scrum ceremonies for teams building digital products and evaluating implementations of external vendor solutions. The Scrum Master will facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement sessions, ensuring that user stories meet the Definition of Ready for future sprints. They will also analyze trends by reviewing key metrics such as team velocity and cycle times to improve team performance and flag issues that may need to interface with non-agile portions of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work with relevant stakeholders, business partners, and vendors to ensure all deliverables align with the quarterly and annual product roadmap. They will foster a continuous learning environment, helping teams to inspect and adapt while promoting innovative thinking and self-improvement. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high-impact projects that are globally impactful. Candidates should be flexible to travel 1-2 times quarterly and have past experience in digital manufacturing and operations domains, which are considered a plus.
