About the position

As a Scrum Master at CyberPoint, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on multi-intelligence and multi-domain systems, supporting national efforts against chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threats. This role involves leveraging Integrated Biosurveillance (IB) for early detection and situational awareness, contributing to better decision-making at all levels. You will facilitate agile development processes and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements and specifications and review documentation provided by other teams and vendors.
• Synthesize requirements underlying feature requests and recommend alternative technical and business approaches.
• Facilitate engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines.

Requirements

• U.S Citizenship
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree plus 7-10 years of experience or Master's Degree plus 5 years of experience
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools
• Strong communication skills to engage with team members and cross-organizational colleagues.
