About the position

The Scrum Master at TCA Consulting Group Inc. is responsible for leading Agile teams in IT development, ensuring effective implementation of Scrum practices. This role requires a dynamic individual who can facilitate team collaboration, resolve conflicts, and promote continuous improvement while working in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies for up to 2 Agile teams.
• Promote servant leadership and empower team members to take ownership of their work.
• Resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Implement Agile techniques and practices to enhance team performance.
• Prioritize and assign work effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Continuously improve team processes and transparency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT development.
• First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I).
• Strong skills in servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and techniques, including User Stories, TDD, and Continuous Integration.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Agile Games and automated testing techniques.
