About the position

The Scrum Master position at Strategic Staffing Solutions involves leading and facilitating Scrum processes within an enterprise environment. Responsibilities

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile.
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Scrum Master deliverables.
• Collaborate with client personnel.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Scrum or Agile experience.
• Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Experience working in an enterprise environment.
