In this role, you will participate in low to moderately complex initiatives, where you will be tasked with reviewing and analyzing Scrum Master assignments or challenges. You will need to conduct research, evaluate options, and select alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Your ability to present recommendations for resolving these situations will be crucial, as will your capacity to exercise independent judgment while developing a deeper understanding of the company's functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. You will also be responsible for providing information to client personnel, ensuring that communication is clear and effective throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities

  • Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Scrum or Agile.
  • Review and analyze basic or tactical Scrum Master assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
  • Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide information to client personnel.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 2+ years of Kanban experience.
  • 4+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with one or more Agile tools for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as JIRA.
  • Ability to escalate issues and exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including those related to conflict resolution.
