About the position
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with at least 8 years of experience to lead Agile teams and facilitate the adoption of Scrum practices. The ideal candidate will support the product owner and development team in achieving customer satisfaction, resolving conflicts, and fostering self-organization within the team. Strong communication, mentoring, and adaptability skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Scrum team in adopting Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Collaborate with the product owner and development team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Guide the Scrum and development teams in self-organization and effective collaboration.
- Facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise within the team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure project alignment.
- Adapt to changing environments and project requirements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar Agile leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead teams in adopting Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Experience resolving conflicts and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic and changing work environments.
Nice-to-haves
