About the position

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead and navigate the efforts of our technical teams dedicated to enhancing contact center telephonic services. This role is pivotal in championing agile methodologies within the organization, ensuring that our teams are aligned with best practices and are effectively collaborating to meet project goals. The Scrum Master will be responsible for prioritizing tasks, orchestrating meetings, resolving impediments, and mentoring team members on the use of Rally software. In this position, you will spearhead customer and team engagements, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. You will drive the strategic planning and execution of projects, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with business objectives. Monitoring project progress will be a key responsibility, where you will document milestones and results while managing project controls for tracking benefits. Proactively addressing challenges and devising contingency plans will be essential to guide the team towards successful outcomes. Additionally, you will foster an environment of continuous improvement, serving as a coach for agile practices and enhancing proficiency in Rally software. Facilitating communication across teams, leading daily stand-ups, and contributing to product strategy and execution will be integral to your role as a Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication across teams, leading stand-ups, and contributing to product strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years in a Scrum Master role, managing sizable projects.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Broadcom's Rally Software.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to forge strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven track record in contact center operations and navigating dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint for executive presentations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or Agile Coaching Certification (ACC).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Certification.
  • Knowledge of Genesys contact center solutions.
