About the position

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master for our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position that requires a skilled professional to consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing complex, multi-faceted challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements. The Scrum Master will contribute to the resolution of these complex situations, necessitating a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Additionally, the role involves strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Scrum Master challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
