About the position

The Scrum Master position is focused on leading Agile transformation efforts within the organization. The role involves coaching teams on Agile methodologies, facilitating workshops, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles. The Scrum Master will work closely with leadership and various stakeholders to promote Agile practices and drive productivity improvements across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Coaching teams to adopt and practice Scrum and Agile techniques.
• Mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and other Agile leaders to ensure successful Agile implementation.
• Collaborating to develop Agile training materials and providing training for management and team members.
• Observing program and team activities to provide constructive feedback and address impediments.
• Ensuring adherence to defined Scrum processes and frameworks.
• Working with teams to leverage appropriate tools and follow enterprise practices to enable consistency.
• Strengthening the Agile culture within the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment with methodologies such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, and Lean.
• Experience in delivering Agile training and coaching in a transforming organization.
• One or more expert-level Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, SPC, CSP) are preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in Waterfall project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technical background with a deep understanding of modern DevOps practices is preferred.
