About the position

Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
- Create and manage user stories to guide development efforts.
- Oversee and prioritize the project backlog to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Drive delivery of the E Commerce Platform project, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience leading user story creation.
- Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence, particularly in interactions with C-suite contributors.
- Agile experience, specifically in leading back-end development projects.
