About the position

As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and guiding a software development team, product owner, and the organization in the adoption and implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Your primary focus will be on enhancing team effectiveness through the application of Agile principles, values, and practices. This position requires a full-time commitment and is based on-site, allowing for direct interaction with team members and stakeholders. In this role, you will facilitate discussions and decision-making processes, assisting in the mediation of conflicts that may arise within the team. You will lead the team by promoting self-organization and helping them maximize their potential. Your leadership style will be rooted in servant leadership, where you will support the team by leading by example and demonstrating value-added principles. You will assess the Scrum maturity of both the team and the organization, coaching them towards higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace. Effective collaboration and communication will be essential, as you will work to improve transparency and information sharing both internally and externally. Organizing and facilitating meetings will be a key responsibility, which includes preparing for, moderating, and processing outcomes from these discussions. Additionally, you will assist with product release planning and ensure that deadlines are met, contributing to the overall success of the projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in a computer-related field.
  • 5 years of Scrum Master experience.
  • High-level abilities in problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and adaptability.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
