About The Position
The Scrum Master is primarily responsible for facilitating the completion of work within the team, guiding the team in the use of Agile and Scrum practices, and assessing team maturity to coach them towards higher levels of performance. This role involves removing impediments that hinder progress and supporting the Product Owner in grooming and maintaining product backlogs.
