About the position

The Scrum Master position at Motion Recruitment Partners involves working with a well-known financial services company in West Des Moines, IA. This role is a long-term contract opportunity that focuses on facilitating Scrum processes and ensuring effective Agile practices within the organization. The Scrum Master will collaborate with various stakeholders to address challenges and contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Scrum Master deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
