About The Position

The Scrum Master at Wolverine Worldwide is responsible for managing the global ecommerce digital product development process. This role involves coordinating multiple projects, ensuring effective task delegation, and implementing Agile methodologies to drive project success. The Scrum Master will lead Agile ceremonies, track project progress, and provide mentorship on Agile practices while collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 2+ years of project management experience, including multi-disciplinary project leadership.
• Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum (PSPO/PSU), and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) strongly desired.
• Ability to lead in both formal and informal structures, including matrixed environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all organizational levels.
• Ability to perform effectively in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the global ecommerce digital product development process.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure the team is focused on the right tasks at the right time.
• Coordinate simultaneous projects and partner with all levels of the organization.
• Implement and manage scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Track project progress, including budgets, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Perform scope and requirements definition, solution evaluation, and vendor selection.
• Lead the agile development process from ideation to launch, accountable to Project Sponsors and Business Owners.
• Provide mentorship on Agile project management methods and practices.
• Assume a lead role in process mapping exercises for process improvement.
• Partner with product owners to maintain global product backlogs.
