About the position

As a Project Manager (Scrum Master) at Hexaware, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering projects from initiation to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to take end-to-end bottom-line responsibility for project delivery, ensuring that projects are executed on time and within budget. You will lead the preparation of proposals, review project estimations, and capture inputs from key stakeholders to position the organization suitably and secure deals. This role requires a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies, as you will be expected to stay aware of the latest technologies and trends in the industry. You will lead the entire project lifecycle, from initial validation to successful project closure, creating concise and well-documented project plans to guide execution and ensure timely delivery of project goals. Proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and limitations within the project plan will be crucial, as will maintaining RAID logs, monitoring KPIs, and analyzing metrics to track risk and performance. You will ensure strict adherence to quality standards by closely overseeing project outcomes and collecting performance data to track progress effectively. Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work with subject matter experts across the organization to gather business requirements and drive change management efforts, including adjustments to schedule, scope, and team composition. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving conflicts or disagreements, recommending new measures when needed to ensure smooth project operations. Your experience in leading scrum sprints, facilitating daily standups, and sprint planning will be essential for ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven track record in IT project management, including expertise in AWS cloud solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with excellent communication abilities, adaptable to meet customer needs.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, risk management, cost management, negotiation, and quality management.
  • Problem-solving mindset, capable of tackling challenges head-on.
