Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective communication within the team.
• Drive the work as a servant leader, addressing challenges before implementing changes.
• Support seasonal marketing digital delivery and manage timelines effectively.
• Assist in the formation of a new marketing squad and contribute to its development.
• Coordinate with 20 digital squads for quarterly planning and execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Minimum 5 years of traditional project management experience.
• Knowledge of project management fundamentals and methodologies.
• Experience with forecasting and SAFE background is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
• Experience with Confluence and Gherkin is preferred.
• High degree of professional confidence and effective communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Marketing project work experience is helpful.
• Certified Scrum Master certification is preferred.
• Ability and desire to learn new skills and concepts.
