About the position

As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in guiding teams through the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies. Your primary responsibility will be to consult and participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables, ensuring that the Scrum processes are adhered to and that the team is functioning effectively. You will engage in large-scale planning efforts, contributing your insights and expertise to help shape the direction of projects and initiatives. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you review and analyze various factors that may impact the Scrum Master deliverables, addressing challenges that arise with a thoughtful and strategic approach. In addition to planning and analysis, you will be instrumental in issue resolution. You will assist in resolving moderately complex issues by consulting with team members and stakeholders, ensuring that all Scrum Master deliverables are met in a timely and efficient manner. Your role will also require a solid understanding of compliance and policies, as you will leverage this knowledge to guide the team in adhering to necessary functions and procedures. Collaboration is key in this position; you will work closely with client personnel to ensure successful project outcomes, fostering a team environment that encourages open communication and shared goals.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile frameworks.
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables.
  • Evaluate and address moderately complex Scrum Master challenges, requiring in-depth analysis of variable factors.
  • Assist in resolving moderately complex issues, consulting with team members to meet Scrum Master deliverables.
  • Leverage a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with client personnel to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Scrum or Agile methodologies, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
