Infosys is seeking an enthusiastic Scrum Master with proven requirement gathering skills and experience working with Scrum Teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders. The Scrum Master will influence and drive decision-making and support organizational project or product teams while resolving team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization. This role involves facilitating and supporting all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Scrum Team adheres to Scrum practices and principles, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will also be expected to manage Agile projects, demonstrating a good understanding of the Healthcare domain. The role requires the ability to facilitate meetings at multiple levels of the organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel, and candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or have three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. A minimum of four years of Information Technology experience is required, along with experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
