About the position

The position involves managing multiple technical projects of varying sizes, including information systems, application development, and data warehouse planning. The role requires collaboration with business partners and directing a team of analysts and programmers to achieve project objectives. The project manager will also be responsible for developing planning documents, project charters, and schedules, while providing performance feedback and facilitating issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement multiple technical projects of varying sizes.
• Direct system analysts, software designers, and programmers to achieve project objectives.
• Manage the development of planning documents and project charters.
• Partner with sponsors to secure project approval.
• Develop work plan structure, project schedule, and deployment plan.
• Provide performance feedback to team members and resource managers.
• Maintain issue logs and facilitate resolution of issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of scrum master or project manager experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Experience working within Medicare claims or for CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services).
