About the position

The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in leading a large healthcare client's team within the center of excellence. This position involves facilitating various agile ceremonies, supporting the team in achieving delivery commitments, and fostering a learning environment for continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will also maintain metrics and data to provide visibility on progress, quality, and value to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog refinement.
• Support the team in establishing realistic and achievable delivery commitments.
• Help build and support a learning environment for continual growth.
• Maintain metrics and data necessary to provide visibility on progress, quality, and value to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master working with technical teams.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization.
• Experience with Jira.
• Healthcare experience.
• Experience leading agile adoption at the team level.
