About the position

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 9+ month contract position. The Scrum Master will be responsible for consulting on complex initiatives that have a broad impact and require large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile methodologies. The role involves reviewing and analyzing complex, multi-faceted challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. The Scrum Master will contribute to the resolution of these complex situations, requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Additionally, the Scrum Master will strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to ensure effective implementation of Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Scrum Master challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
