About the position

The Scrum Master at Integral Federal is responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching development teams on Scrum processes. This role involves removing impediments for the team and ensuring effective communication between development and customer team members, particularly in the context of Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) for Government Owned Software.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum Meetings, including Sprint planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, while maintaining sufficient records.
• Define and deliver Team Performance Metrics in collaboration with the PMO and the team to meet project objectives.
• Plan and coordinate Team Training on Scrum processes.

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master with 5 years of experience.
• Experience leading agile development ceremonies.
• Experience developing and updating technical documentation.
• Familiarity with deploying software at the TS/SCI level to NSA Network (NSANet).
• Familiarity with NSANet approved tools for system configuration and management (e.g., SIMP, Puppet, Ansible, and CS2 Scripts).
• Experience with third-party Government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) software (e.g., Salvage and WSTL).
• Possess a TS/SCI Clearance.
