About The Position
The Scrum Master at American Equity is responsible for coaching scrum teams in the Information Systems department to ensure effective project delivery. This role involves maintaining and documenting sprints, facilitating team meetings, and removing barriers to achieve sprint goals. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to enhance team performance and Agile practices.
