About the position

The Scrum Master at Tra'Bian Enterprises will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile practices within the team, ensuring that the Scrum framework is effectively implemented. This position is a 12-month contract based in Overland Park, KS, and is primarily remote. The Scrum Master will be responsible for guiding the team in Agile methodologies and ensuring that project goals are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Support the team in understanding and implementing Agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
• Collaborate with product owners to ensure the backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
• Coach team members on Agile methodologies and practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Experience with SAP systems is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) is preferred.
• Experience with other Agile frameworks such as Kanban.
