About The Position
The Scrum Master will lead GenAI initiatives at AIG, focusing on the intersection of technology, people, and performance. This role is pivotal in driving Agile methodologies within the IT team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members and stakeholders. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams towards higher Agile maturity, and remove impediments to enhance productivity and efficiency.
