Responsibilities
- Coach the development team to achieve their highest performance level.
- Ensure scrum principles and approaches are understood by the team and stakeholders.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Utilize JIRA and Confluence to strengthen process improvements.
- Synthesize requirements and decompose them into user stories and epics.
- Directly impact government clients by designing and implementing software solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master delivering projects to customers.
- 3+ years of experience leading Agile ceremonies.
- 1+ years of experience creating workflows and issue types in JIRA.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools.
- Experience with Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to synthesize requirements and decompose them into user stories.
- Secret clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
