About the position

The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in enhancing the organization's response and recovery capabilities from significant cyber incidents. This position focuses on improving communication channels, stress-testing processes, ensuring efficient recovery of automated systems, and facilitating executive decision-making through advanced tools and real-time data.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings
• Organize sprint planning meetings
• Conduct sprint review meetings
• Lead sprint retrospective meetings
• Develop and maintain an updated inventory of critical external support personnel
• Manage teams to continuously deliver results

Requirements

• Enterprise experience with cross-functional teams
• High-level communication skills across cross-functional teams
• Cyber experience is a plus
