About The Position
The Scrum Master at American Equity Investment Life Insurance Company is responsible for coaching scrum teams in the Information Systems department to ensure effective project delivery. This role involves maintaining and documenting sprints, facilitating team collaboration, and removing barriers to achieve sprint goals. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to enhance the team's Agile maturity and support the overall project management process.
