About the position

The Scrum Master at Capgemini will play a crucial role in leading and managing enterprise-wide programs and projects within a collaborative and agile environment. This position requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in program and project management, particularly in the financial services domain. The Scrum Master will facilitate cross-functional team coordination, ensure adherence to Agile methodologies, and provide transparency to senior management regarding project statuses and risks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage enterprise-wide programs and projects as a Scrum Master.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects within time and scope constraints.
  • Develop and revise processes and guidelines for application development standards.
  • Provide thought leadership and recommendations based on best practices.
  • Build program and project status reporting aligned with enterprise project portfolios.
  • Conduct project audits to ensure standards and scopes are met.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding business operations and resource optimization.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of program and project management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master with successful delivery experience.
  • High degree of business acumen and technical competency.
  • Experience with Agile lifecycle and tracking tools such as JIRA.
  • Deep skills in program management tools including Microsoft Project, Access, Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in technology projects related to the financial services domain.
  • Knowledge of wealth management and banking technology applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and Kanban.
