About the position

The Scrum Master role at Experis involves guiding and coaching teams in Agile methodologies, specifically within the banking sector. The position focuses on facilitating Scrum processes, coordinating ceremonies, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and development teams. The Scrum Master will also be responsible for removing obstacles that hinder team progress and mentoring team members in Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach teams on Scrum principles and practices.
• Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between product owners, stakeholders, and development teams.
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Track project progress against timelines and quality standards, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coach team members in Agile practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with software development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) used in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
