About the position

The Agile Scrum Master will lead a dynamic team in designing state-of-the-art automation solutions. This role emphasizes inspiring, coaching, and guiding team members to develop and deliver innovative designs while collaborating with leadership and engineering teams. The position is focused on fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in setting up processes for smooth project delivery and ongoing development.
• Act as a coach and motivator, providing guidance to help the team achieve their goals.
• Help the team create clear metrics for quality, delivery, and morale, ensuring visibility of progress.
• Collaborate with other TPLs to manage inter-team dependencies and share insights.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
• Foster a culture of trust and accountability, acting as a servant-leader.
• Drive the use of KPIs to track project progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Bring a positive attitude to challenges, encouraging continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Certifications like IC-ACC, PSM I, or II are highly valued.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.
• Expertise with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Passion for mechatronic design and basic hardware engineering is a bonus.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and principles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
