Responsibilities
- Lead the successful implementation of technical solutions through agile project management methodologies.
- Work directly with teams to implement best practices in project management.
- Ensure that business goals are clearly defined and attainable.
- Identify and remove obstacles to project success.
- Build and track project KPIs to measure success and progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO) is considered a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience managing Agile projects, particularly in software development, cloud engineering, automation, or observability.
- Familiarity with quality control tools such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Lean.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills for clarifying requirements and solving problems.
- Deep understanding of the software development life cycle (Agile).
Nice-to-haves
