About the position

The Software Development Engineer position within the Security Enablement Team at Salesforce Success Central (SFSC) focuses on building innovative tools that enhance the security and operational maturity of third-party platforms at Amazon. The role involves designing and delivering scalable software solutions, collaborating with various teams, and driving the strategy for security assessments using AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a customer-first approach, and a passion for solving complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver secure, innovative, scalable, and highly dependable software.
• Think Big and bring the customer to the table.
• Participate in small working groups across program, product, and security to solve complex problems.
• Own all aspects of solutions end-to-end, through full stack software development.
• Develop highly scalable, low latency, intelligent software that will have a massive impact for customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience delivering generative AI solutions to solve large scale problems.
