About the position

The SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) role focuses on designing and implementing test automation suites for healthcare administration systems. This position involves collaborating on testing strategies for system conversions and working with emerging technologies to address legacy testing challenges. The SDET will also be responsible for creating a test infrastructure that delivers immediate business value while allowing for future growth.

Responsibilities

• Designing test automation suites to support healthcare administration systems
• Participating in testing strategy for system conversion activities
• Working and collaborating on emerging technologies to solve legacy test challenges
• Implementing test infrastructure that can deliver business values immediately but also grow interactively.

Requirements

• Minimum BS in Computer Science or Engineering
• 10 years of proven experience in commercial software development using object-oriented design methodology
• Demonstrated ability with Java, JavaScript and Python combined
• Proven experience with RDBMS, RESTAPI and related tools such as SQL, Rest Assured, and Postman
• Proven experience with web application test automation frameworks, such as Cypress, Playwright, and/or Selenium
• Knowledge/Experience on Cloud (Azure) is contributed
• Proven technical experience as an automation engineer/software engineer working across a diverse range of applications at multiple layers of the technology stack.
