About the position
The SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) position focuses on ensuring the quality of software products through automated testing. The role requires strong programming skills in JavaScript and TypeScript, along with experience in test automation frameworks. The candidate will work in a hybrid environment, contributing to a collaborative team while managing end-to-end test planning and execution.
Responsibilities
- Write automation scripts for API and UI testing.
- Conduct end-to-end test planning and execution independently.
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced development environment.
- Upgrade technical skills with changing technologies.
- Contribute to the design and development of test automation solutions.
Requirements
- Strong programming experience in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- 3+ years of experience as an SDET.
- Experience with Cypress for test automation.
- Understanding of software architecture.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
Nice-to-haves
- CI/CD experience.
- Debugging skills using Splunk and Datadog.
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or other equivalent test automation tools.
