Join the Snowflake team as an SDR Enablement Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in scaling our best-in-class Sales Development organization. This position is designed for a high-potential individual who is passionate about talent development and enablement resources. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing onboarding programs for regional Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and managing the enablement strategy related to major marketing campaigns. Reporting into the Marketing and SDR Operations team, you will work closely with the Sales Development management team to ensure that our SDRs are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. In this role, you will have the opportunity to enable others to reach their full potential through hands-on coaching and training. You will analyze and refresh sales collateral, messaging, and email templates, ensuring that our SDRs are well-prepared for new product launches and Snowflake offerings. Additionally, you will own the overall SDR lifecycle in partnership with SDR leadership, defining milestones and criteria for promotions, and building an SDR competency matrix that outlines levels of proficiency in key areas. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating on strategy and messaging for our sales engagement platform, incorporating sales process knowledge into documentation and learning paths, and designing cross-functional go-to-market playbooks that maximize the impact of marketing campaigns.
