This internship is designed to provide exposure to B2B software sales, allowing interns to learn about NEOGOV's products and develop essential sales skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience working with the PowerDMS Salesforce platform.
• Assist with data cleansing and data quality initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve Salesforce processes.
• Conduct data hygiene & enhancements testing within the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with managers to develop skills for a career in SAAS software sales.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program (Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields) or a recent graduate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects and clients.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a team environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Must be driven, resourceful, curious, take initiative, and a resourceful problem solver.
