About the position

The SDR Leader at Cyberhaven is responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive outbound prospecting strategies and achieve sales goals. This role involves collaborating with the marketing team on account-based marketing programs, managing the qualification process for prospects, and ensuring best practices in sales development are maintained. The SDR Leader will also represent the business development organization on the sales leadership team and work closely with sales leadership to track progress against team goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives.
  • Drive outbound prospecting strategy and implementation.
  • Work cooperatively with the marketing team on account-based marketing programs.
  • Frame opportunities with defined customer pain and use cases to enable high success rates.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly SDR team goals.
  • Develop and maintain SDR best practices, pitches, and objection handling.
  • Represent the business development organization on the sales leadership team.
  • Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Work with Sales Operations and Marketing to create an industry-leading demand engine.
  • Manage the qualification process for inbound and outbound prospects to generate qualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years leading and managing business/sales development teams.
  • Experience in hypergrowth B2B SaaS and Cybersecurity.
  • Heavy outbound prospecting skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and Google applications.
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of prospecting and social media tools including LinkedIn, Twitter, and blogs.
  • Experience using marketing automation tools and Salesforce or similar CRM.
